なんとか出来たけれど・・・
なんとか出来ましたが，うう〜〜ん，65点です．
・そこはかとなく甘くて，でも苦味もある．
・発色はまずまず．
・途中焦げ付くこともなかった．
以上が○の項目．
・とろみが足りない．
これが唯一，でも最大の問題．ペクチンが少なかったのでこういう結果になりました．
今回は3個も使って作ったので，ジャムのビン大小5個分にもなってしまいました．分量が多めになったので，次回は1個で試してみます．
あと，IHヒーターでは1時間半ほど調理し続けたら自動センサーが働いて，自動的に消火．それ以降はいくらやっても20分くらいで電気が切れてしまいます．これも解決しなくては．

そう，味は悪くないのですが，少しゆるいのが難点です．
それと写真には載っていませんが，あと3ビンもあるので，毎日しっかり食べないと，悪くなりそうです．(^^;
